East Grove Home is proud to offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States! Items shipped via standard ground typically arrive within 2-4 business days of the shipment date.

Please be sure to note the availability status as indicated on the product detail page for all items on your order. In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Lead times for backordered and pre-ordered items vary and typically ship within 1-2 business days once back in stock.
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? Choose one of the expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note: expedited orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. nationally observed holidays. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.
Post-Delivery Instructions
The recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival. Should you find any issues upon delivery, please contact us at 888.602.0990for assistance. Any claims for damages must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.
For orders delivered by a freight carrier, items must be inspected on site and any defects must be noted on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional processing fees, return shipping fees and may void the eligibility of a refund.
